hi, would this be the same way if i wanted a light to turn on when it detects a vehicle slowing down or would i need something else as it wouldn't really be tilting
I mean if you are saying bike is slowing Down then try to get the acceleration values out of sensor and perform manipulation on that.

Hi, thanks for the excellent explanation. i want to ask, is it linear acceleration or angular acceleration which can be measured by MPU6050? can it be used to measure angular acceleration?
It measures in Linear. You’d have to do some math to convert it.
My question is can accelerometer detect forward and backward motion on very plane surface (so as there is no tilt possible)??
See what i used in this video is gyroscope actually but yes accelerometer can detect those motions.

Can you please make a video to measure displacement. I like to measure how much my robot car has traversed.
Its better to use GPS for such scenarios.

Well you can refer this video and you can install vnc in your smartphone instead of pc but the issue is if you don't have laptop how you gonnna flash the OS into sd card for booting.
