She has a great voice but she doesn't understand the song structure. First parts feeling is prepare yourself open up list. The next part is self and life reflection and regret. Then mocking the way it all is inside oneself and stand over it and rise. Then fight back and free yourself. Then embrace the chaos of life. This is how I see this song. She sang it well but all she did was sing she misses the understanding. They way she sang it was emotionally pointless.

Note: Look up at the number of views of the song. It runs to billions already. Freddie Mercury was hailed as the greatest artist when he released this song in 1975, I believe. BR is also consistently voted as the best song ever.
His place among immortals is assured.

Freddie mercury's voice is just the best, he reached impossible vocal lines that no one will ever reach, try some videos know queen and Freddie better or people will hate you if you don't appreciate Freddie enough.

You really need to research Freddie Mercury and his legendary band QUEEN, I think you will have a very different opinion when you dig down the rabbit hole, he stole the show at the LIVE AID concert in the eighties, it has been hailed as the best live performance of all time, his songs are legendary around the sports world, such as WE WILL ROCK YOU, WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS etc, which you probably didn't know we're written by the legend that is FREDDIE MERCURY, I call Morissette the female Freddie Mercury because she has such command of the stage and her audience, along with being the greatest female vocalist there is right now.
The best is Angelina Jordan's cover because it's so smooth and it's a total singing not screaming.
Respect ! We Morissette fans seldom watch reactions to other artist then disrespect the artists by saying that Morissette is better. We only promote her.

Freddie Mercury wrote the song over several years, I'm a massive Morissette fan but this is terrible, this song is far too iconic for people to try and make it their own' this was just awful
