Faced the same issue yesterday. There is a latest selenium dev blog where it asked to add one more dependency and set one system property. It worked for me. I'll share the link.

A small suggestion: Try to observe the error message and use debug points, it will save time and effort and direct you to where exactly you need it to fix :)
