The leaders should consider the niusence by law, as the public noise by car speakers are very disturbing and annoying. Loud and noisy music on the road sides and shops are nothing less than niusence.

The argument to say tinted glass maximize AC is not substantiated with evidence. When manufactured it was meant to provide tinted window.

I think all public transport should own and run by government...just my opinion.

All those comments are true but the safety of the pssengers is more more validated than those excuses.

Obviously public transport should not be tinted....safety is important. Look to Fiji for example about tinted vehicle.
