Try using your 2 pointer and middle fingers, then push them up against the two sides of your tongue, this worked for me. (2 sides as in the 2 sides on the underside of your tongue, there should be a little line there.
Thought the same thing, i literally just repeated it and moved my fingers by milimeters every time until i found the perfect angle and now i know it, it took me like an hour lol
