    You clearly need a lift in order to get the leverage to pry the control arm down. Anything less than about three feet of height won’t work.

    I thought it was necessary to raise control arm to simulate normal ride hieght before tightening?

    Aren’t you supposed to torque suspension components with bushings loaded by the weight of the vehicle?
