@@asedentarynomad8391no.... Do LLB. join OJS/practice as an advocate for 7 years in any court & then appear for higher judiciary be an ADJ.then you have better chances to become a high court judge. A judge/judiciary magistrate is absolutely powerful than OAS/IPS/IAS/ministers except PM, CM,governor & president. OAS/IAS/IPS jobs have no real power. real powers are vested with judiciary officers. Their salaries,perks & powers are far far far above than any IAS/IPS officer. A judge can summon any IAS/IPS/ministers/anyone.but reverse is not possible.a judge can prosecute anyone. If a normal citizen fills a case against OAS/IAS officer,then IAS/OAS will go to court for judicial trial after retirement. If a judge wants,he will undress the pant & shirt of any IAS/IPS in court. Upsc is getting because of advertisement by coaching centres.no real power is there in civil services. Be wise to make decisions.
