Hi everyone! This is an amazing story of someone that had a difficult life, projected to only rejection throughout his youth, not only from people, but also from inside his family environment. This is a life lesson that the "wrapping does not make the man" and does not matter how you grew up or what difficulties you face during life - the choice is yours if you want to make a success of your life or not. Sometimes "luck" knock on our doors and most of us ignored it - but Winston not only turned the knob, he took action and step outside his comfort zone and kept walking - he is still walking the walk of Hope and Faith today. The famous hart transplant surgeon, Christiaan Barnard, saw something in the young Winston that day that he fixed Barnard's car, when he was stranded and gave him the opportunity of a life time to proof himself. Winston did not disappoint him or the heart transplant team or the world. I produced this program for a specific reason - I want all the Winston's out there to learn from this - and that is that nothing is impossible. Winston's teacher and mentor, Mr Williams, saw the potential in Winston and installed in him the confidence to push on and never to give up. This program is for my adopted son, Braam. He face so many challenges in life. He is adopted, he is, like Winston, "colored" and have a "white" family. He get teased, he gets bullied, gangsters tries to pull him down and he have FAS - Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, on top of it that makes it difficult for him to comprehend and to study. I want my son to and everyone out there to never lose hope. I want all of you that are hurt, feel rejected, feel unloved to know that all depends on YOU. You can make a difference. If any of you have real life stories to tell. Please send me your utube clip and I will post it on this channel. Please give your feedback on Winston's story - I would love to hear from you. Annette
