Richardson, there was occasion, is set the circumstances for her murder, however the accused Actually grape the opportunity to do murder, so we can say in every occasion there is an opportunity, but it's on accused to grape it or not, as the question is (whether my understanding is fine here) slightest difference between occasion and Opportunity is even the circumstances are set, he has to create the opportunity to do the crime, as done in both the cases, if her mother was more careful there was no occasion to do the crime, as the accused has grape the opportunity by observing the habits of the accused, which is an occasion in itself right.
