I just found you guys some days ago, and since then all I watched was your videos! I love how sweet and opened you guys are! Thank you for being here and for working so hard to entertain us!
one thing that always impresses me about Japanese companies is the emphasis on convenience to customers. :) could you create videos that show the thoughtfulness placed on food packing etc?
what surprises me most is how cheap they are. 100 yen for a sandwich, thats amazing. Other countries might sell them that cheap but the quality is horrible..
forreal at target i buy myself a sandwich to eat real quick and it ends up being almost $5 for a small piece of hard bread and ham and barely any avocado with cheese
Why does everything in Japan just seem better! This is by far, my favorite RUclips channel! You are as always very informative and just so damn loveable! Much love from Canada!
Omg I would love to try them all! They look so delicious! I love how the edges of the sandwich were sealed! And with the crust cut off it looked like tea sandwiches. The Japanese are so good at their presentation of things!
I love the drawings on the packaging as well! They are so cute and indicate what's inside!! But this is one of my favorite videos! I love seeing these hauls and I've never heard of lunch packs! I want it in America!!!
Im not sure the different kinds of peanut butter from all over but if its compared to american peanut butter is 100% different. First it isnt as sweet. secondly it taste like the actual name, peanut butter. Its like they took butter and added a bit of peanut taste. Its really interesting but I prefer the american one. I think its more comparable to almond butter.
This is probably no surprise at all...I want to try the matcha adzuki bean sandwich! I also applaud Shinichi's idea of making a sundae out of it, and putting not only ice cream on it, but *more anko*!!! You made me laugh! You're both looking great today - wonderful shirts. Have you ever thought of doing a senbei haul from one of the convenience stores or dollar stores? I love senbei, too, and I know others do as well. Take care, and see you tonight at the livestream. :-)
I love Lunchpack. Have you guys ever been to Lunchpack cafe in Ikebukuro? Its a pretty small shop, but they usually have some rare varieties that's hard to find in regular konbini.
Hi from Scotland. 😸 I've been following you guys since you had 20k followers and you have so many now I'm so happy for you guys. Your videos are great and so upbeat . Always cheer me up when I've had a long day . Keep them coming and never change xx
Soooo glad a video for these things were finally made. I always see them and I'm curious to try one but my doubt about them tasting good always overcomes me. Now I think I'll give it a shot. Thank you Shinichi and Satoshi!
Hii just wanted to say I love love love your videos! You guys are such a good couple ♥♥ I recently found your channel but I can't wait to watch all your future videos! Gambatte!
I love these convenience store hauls/taste tests! I need to go to Japan because at the moment I am simply ordering products online to make at home or eating subpar sushi made in UK sushi stores! I need this stuff in my life!
Very cool video! I'm a few days late catching it, but I had to watch it since people were raving about it in the live stream chat. I love the quality of your convince stores and they are so inexpensive, too! There is one that comes close to that quality where I live and it's called Wawa. They are very popular in the southern states. I live in southern Maryland (which isn't THAT southern) but we have tons of them. They have fabulous pre-made sandwiches, protein packs, yogurt, etc. but they are so crazy expensive. Our 7-11's are horrible so I don't even bother going there. But all of the sandwiches that you tried seem delicious, and I would definitely try them all! Thanks for another fabulous video!
I'm literally eating the tuna mayo one right now! I'm currently living in Japan and I passed by these lunch packs and was curious what they were. Bought one and now I'm hooked. Can't wait to try the other varieties!
The korokke sandwich looked so good! My favorite is potato salad sandwiches, but it's a bit hard to find them in LA now. Thanks for the epic taste test! Have a good weekend.
I honestly thought that a sandwich review would be pretty boring, but not so. It was quite interesting and made me wonder why I never saw these sandwiches in the store. My favourite was the tuna and mayo, which is an absolute classic. However for that price I think I could grab 2 or 3 more sandwiches and enjoy a variety of different tastes.
I tried quite a few of these during my travels. The're cheap, tasty and indeed a lot of variety. Unfortunately I have never seen the matcha and azuki sandwich, it just sounds so delicious....
I love the korokke one. And last February they had I think a limited edition for the Tokyo marathon that was amazing as well. Also the one with kare filling is good. I really like to try the matcha adzuki pan!!! I really miss not being able to just run down to the kombini and buy one of these sando's. It's one of the best things to have for a late night snack or even simple breakfast.
Wow so cheap and amazing looking! The sandwiches I mean are cheap lol, you guys are lovely as always! Jealous we don't have such delicacies in our convenience stores here, our sandwiches are generally pretty terrible from the convenience store. Keep it up!
When I was in Japan for a month a couple years ago I grabbed 2 packs of the peanut ones with the peanut stamp on them for a shinkansen ride. I was really expecting peanut butter and while I thought they would be great if someone is in the mood for a more sweet desert style sandwich, they really let me down being so sweet, almost like peanut butter frosting. I really wish I would have grabbed some of these other great flavors you tried here. Anyway love the videos.
I had amazing egg sandwiches from Lawson in Kansai airport. Maybe the pack was 250 yen or thereabouts but there were 4 sandwiches and each one was different. One was a traditional egg sandwich mushed fine with mayo; one had large slices of egg, one was an omelet and the fourth was with a tang of mustard! Here in Israel we prefer bread with a bite, wholewheat or other grain, seeds etc. In other words "healthy" bread! But I have to confess I loved the Japanese "fluffy" bread where they even cut off the crusts for you!
They remind me of Smuckers Uncrustable sandwiches but MUCH better. I cannot believe the variety and low price! I'd probably go for the peanut one. Thanks for the fun vid!
They all look so great and tasty...but I have to agree with Satoshi on the azuki and matcha one. Btw: wouldn't it be great if CocoCurry would come out with a series of their own sandwiches? Thank you very very much for this delicious video, guys!
88kookai I think they can't because the grocery stores don't like people using cameras in there ? .. not 100% on that but something along those lines was mentioned in one of their videos.
I don't know why, but my cats love your videos as much as I do. XD Dorito's laying in my arms and Pittoo (black kitten) is sitting on my shoulder and watching the screen.
I personally don't like the peanut butter one... I feel the peanut butter's kinda fake, not like natural peanut butter, like you mentioned it's the "Japanese" kind of peanut butter. But I love the bread!! It's just so fluffy :D
The Lunch Pack sandwiches should be toasted!! And it's gonna be super tasty! ランチパックはトーストするととっても美味しいですよ! I especially love the peanut one when it's toasted!! Crunchy and crispy outside, and you'll have this hot lava of sweet peanut sauce from inside!!
Hey guys. If you didn't already know... Mayonnaise is a dressing. (it's on the wiki) Anyway, I LOVE Japanese sandwiches. If no one else here has had them Japanese convenience store (konbini) sandwiches (sando) have the softest and fluffiest bread. More so than even Wonder™ bread. Maybe it has something to do with the water? My favorites are the ham with cucumber and the egg salad. Family Mart has some of the best IMO!
I couldn't help but wonder if the "dressing" is similar to "Miracle Whip" you can get here in the US? I don't personally care for it but it's labeled "dressing" and it's a sweet mayonnaise. It reminds me very much of the mayo flavor in the tuna or shrimp salad sushi rolls I've had here. These are interesting, I think I'd really like to try the peanut and the egg and the Tonkatsu versions.
when i first moved to japan i would eat 3 of them a day (sometimes 4 if i worked out) for my meals because it was very budget friendly but i guess it was really not good for my health so i stopped when i could
I love this brand of sandwich! I really really like the korrokke one. (I like korrokke in general to be fair) but every single sandwich is slightly sweet. We got quite a lot during our trip last year as snacks for our trails. My partner was always dissapointed when he couldn't find the egg one.
I remember giant egg omelette sandwiches that I would grab for breakfast sometime but the feeling was over an inch thick. That sandwich is not going to be enough for somebody's lunch! Nick L the sandwiches at stores near near are around 4-5USD or more!
You need to shop better. Really. For your own self.
forreal at target i buy myself a sandwich to eat real quick and it ends up being almost $5 for a small piece of hard bread and ham and barely any avocado with cheese
Diana Diana
That's why you shouldn't go deli meat very expensive I always bake a ham chicken or roast beef every Sunday
Agreed OP. I always make my own since sandwiches as cheap as these ones are extremely poor quality in my country.

I guess the closest thing is an Uncrustable?
You two always make me so hungry! Those look yummy! The peanut butter one looked the best!

"Smell is wow!" is now my favorite quote. There should be TabiEats t-shirts that have "Smell is wow!" printed on them.

Hello Shinichi & Satoshi from Texas! I love this video so much! It makes me even more excited for my trip to Japan next month!
This is probably no surprise at all...I want to try the matcha adzuki bean sandwich! Just like with onigiri, I'd like the tuna mayo please :>
Edit: Forget that, I want all of them.
Sebastian Wintour the tuna one is really good I had it
Love this video! I am excited that you guys get to eat them all over again cause each bag contains 2 sandwiches!!
Soooo glad a video for these things were finally made. I always see them and I'm curious to try one but my doubt about them tasting good always overcomes me. Now I think I'll give it a shot. Thank you Shinichi and Satoshi!
I love this segment a lot. It just speaks to me. And I want to try them all.
the little drawings on each packet is so cute!

The lunchpak with egg salad is my fave! I tried it when I visited Japan in March.
Very cool video! I'm a few days late catching it, but I had to watch it since people were raving about it in the live stream chat.

You guys are AWESOME! You make me want to go to Japan and stay for a long time so I can try all the foods!!!
I would keep a variety of all in my fridge for a quick snack if I lived in Japan, great video Shinichi and Satoshi! 😊❤
Very entertaining. I'm really learning a lot about japanese fast food.
I'm literally eating the tuna mayo one right now! I'm currently living in Japan and I passed by these lunch packs and was curious what they were. Bought one and now I'm hooked. Can't wait to try the other varieties!
Yay’ glad you liked them!
Ah we saw this in Tokyo but never bought any......time for us to go back to Japan lol :)
The korokke sandwich looked so good! My favorite is potato salad sandwiches, but it's a bit hard to find them in LA now. Thanks for the epic taste test! Have a good weekend.

thanks, guys for another great video We appreciate your videos
The spaghetti one is a sghetti sandwich in Arkansas!! Wow that one actually took me back to school lunches!! Lol
I enjoyed this video very much. I prefer the tamago lunch pack. Thank you two always.
I like that there is a peanut printed on the sandwich because I'm allergic and peanuts are dangerous for me. So it's very helpful!
I just love simple sandwiches like these!
Great video idea!
Love 🍞! More please 👍🏼.
great job guys :) I find all your videos pretty relaxing anybody else feel the same?
I tried quite a few of these during my travels. The're cheap, tasty and indeed a lot of variety. Unfortunately I have never seen the matcha and azuki sandwich, it just sounds so delicious....
Perfect episode to watch while eating Chinese soup dumplings! But now I want those sandwiches 😭

Mouthwatering! Thank you beautiful hearts!
I will take one of each. I want to try them all.🌻
ランチパックはタマゴが一番好きです。子供のオヤツにぴったり‼️
Wow so cheap and amazing looking! The sandwiches I mean are cheap lol, you guys are lovely as always! Jealous we don't have such delicacies in our convenience stores here, our sandwiches are generally pretty terrible from the convenience store. Keep it up!
When I was in Japan I tried the Strawberry & Cream sandwich :D It had a pretty strange but good taste :3
Wow.. I am drooling! Thinking of Japan already ☺
I guess I shouldn't be watching this right before the lunch! lol! I love Croquette in the bread. :)
Omg! These sandwiches were my fav during my trip in Japan! the croquette one is sooo yummy! mmmm~ 💖
you guys make me laugh so much. everything is hmmm, ummmm, hmmmm... so cute!

p.s. can't see how to post a photo here so I'll post it on the Facebook page!
Another great video, Thank you!!!
The bread is the winner in these sandwiches. So soft. American sandwiches in convenience stores are disgusting.
meestaShin that is so true! They are over priced sometimes too...
My favourites are (1) the egg salad and (2) the matcha azuki one! The breads are unbelievably fluffy!
They remind me of Smuckers Uncrustable sandwiches but MUCH better. I cannot believe the variety and low price! I'd probably go for the peanut one. Thanks for the fun vid!
They all look so great and tasty...but I have to agree with Satoshi on the azuki and matcha one.

Thank you very very much for this delicious video, guys!
I am amazed by these konbini food once again..
They actually look quite appetising for lunch packs, the bread looks so fresh.. also, I like Satoshi's top :)
These look really delicious, is the crust cut off of white bread pretty typical in japan?
+Dan Hassan yes they are :)
Woah i remember having these when in Japan they are so good! One of my favorites was the strawberry jam and margarine!
HI GUYS!! FROM PHILIPPINES WITH LOVE 💕✨😊
Can you do Japanese grocery store tour please 😍
88kookai I think they can't because the grocery stores don't like people using cameras in there ? .. not 100% on that but something along those lines was mentioned in one of their videos.
Jenny Michelle Not true at ALL because you can easily do a search on youtube to find people like Mike from The Chen Dynasty go to grocery stores.
BluefoxxyNautral84 Just going off what tabieats said in one of their videos :) , I've no idea myself lol
OHHHH DO I SEE A VINN WONG'S PAINTING IN THE BACK ?!! IT LOOKS STUNNING ❤️ LOVE YOU TWO BY THE WAY
I don't know why, but my cats love your videos as much as I do. XD Dorito's laying in my arms and Pittoo (black kitten) is sitting on my shoulder and watching the screen.
Is there any way to try these packs from the US?
i really really, dont understand why i watch this but i watch EVERT OF THEIR VIDEO
The peanut one looks interesting. I've never had matcha though. Thanks for the vid. :)
my fav is the first, egg salad! I used to eat it a lot as a second breakfast/snack when I was visiting kyoto and walking a lot
I personally don't like the peanut butter one... I feel the peanut butter's kinda fake, not like natural peanut butter, like you mentioned it's the "Japanese" kind of peanut butter.
But I love the bread!! It's just so fluffy :D
I know that feel! I always think there is too little egg mayo filling in store-bought sandwiches so I like to make it myself.
When I went to Japan I swear for cheapness I ate the tuna and it was so good 😭😭😭💕 I would always go searching for more

in the US, miracle whip is called "dressing" its basically a sweet/tangy mayonnaise. I've never had Japanese mayo so I don't know how it compares.
The first I went to Japan, I had the peanut butter sandwich for my first breakfast ever there. It was really good!
You guys should try to recreate some of your favorites!
We had this sandwich Everyday when we were in Japan. Cheap and delicious ! I wished I had this in my country
I've never seen a spaghetti sandwich before but I have had a meatball sub so maybe that's similar! 🍝🍞
Hi, boys! Where do u get many flavors of it!?? I haven't seen Few of them, I usually see peanut butter or egg n hams!😀😀😀
Yes! And my mom loves the peanuts butter one!! It's really good

They all looked good! And as they say, "simple is best" like American Pb&J.
the meat filled katsu looked a little like our Chinese Cha Tsao Bao :)
Tea... you needed a pot of hot tea for this video
ランチパック美味しいですよね!
コーヒーとセットでたまに朝食べてます( ^ω^ ) ツナが一番好きかも
Yamazaki!!!!! ❤️
they look REALLY delicious. I love the idea of just getting a wee sandwich for £1! No crusts though?! How will you get curly hair now?!
I love the spaghetti one! how fun
I've never had a sandwich make me giddy. I need to try these.
my earliest time yet!!!! 💃💃💃💃
I do not know if you are aware of Pot Noodle in the UK (probably not a bad thing). But at university, there was nothing better than a Pot Noodle (Beef & Tomato flavour - I suppose it drove by a farm once) sandwich after a long night out.
These do not look very filling. I would have to eat like 10 of these to get full :)
ahhh!!! i also want to try them all!
My gas station has the best egg mayo sandwich I've ever tasted! Freshly made and yet it's always sold out lol
When Shinichi said a lot of Germans rave about the peanut flavor I kinda felt caught :D During my time in Tokyo the ピーナッツランチパック was one of my favourites for breakfast :D
the intro....I imagined your stomach slowly getting bigger as you added ingredients...and then I saw me....I was like twinsiesssss xD
