GREAT example. Originality 3.0 has been ridiculous in its shift. Will share this 🙏

You havent had ai in 2005… but you used sources (which is normal). Its just checking originality/plagiarism. If you Write about topics that exist… its normal to have high plagiarism
Just Take Googles own Content and Check. Will be the same

@@TrickMeNot As you may already know, the AI score builds on the plagiarism score. Ai outputs building blocks and learns from existing texts. The structure of the order is mathematics. AI parrots what it has read and rebuilds it according to structures. The variables are limited, even if we think that the entire text is unique. People do this, especially when it comes to research papers or similar things (university papers, for example). A friend of mine as a ghostwriter for doctoral theses, I also learned a lot about it from him. Even if you probably never published your text, that's why. The AI detector was programmed the way people write machines. It's quite possible that your essay was also scanned if it was online somewhere or you wrote it based on a template or your writing is similar to someone who has published it. Google doesn't use this score and it will lose its meaning. I still find your test very interesting, I learn a lot from it. And let's be honest: customers also test whether the post (that they paid for) was written by themselves or ai. 👍🏻✌🏻

Do we know how these black box detection tools actually work? Half of me thinks they are doing something shady with the API. What determines AI content anyway? Too hard to read? For example ask one hundred humans to write on how to boil and egg and then get the AI to do it and compare the lexical data.
