I really loved the contrast in Clary and her like, in the books at least Clary was jealous of Izzy for being tall, strong and confident and Izzy was jealous for Clary to being this little girl with delicate features, for me was how we always wanted things that don't belong to us in first place, later of course they become friends and accept their true selfs it was mesmerizing to watch them grow in their best version
