Lauren, continued prayers and caring support on the passing of your Mom. This is an overwhelming life event and my hope is that you will feel llove and support from those of us who follow you. Your Mom will always be with you. She is part of the fabric and memory of your life. May memories provide comfort. You have been blessed to have her with you for such a long time. My Dad died when i was just 16. I watched him pass to Our Lord. I remember dreaming of him the night he died. He told me in the dream that he would always be with me. I cherish that dream. God bless you and your family.
So sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I completely understand. In 4 years I lost my mom, my dad, my brother, and my fur baby. I'm learning to live in my new normal, but finding joy in our memories and feel excited about this Christmas finally. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and decor. It gives me much inspiration ❤ Your mom is always with you!
I'm so sorry for your loss. So many in such a short space of time! I lost my Dad 2 years ago this Christmas and still can't believe he's gone 😢 I'm excited for Christmas this year but not too because he's no longer here, I feel guilty too when I'm happy

My heart is breaking for you. I am sorry and words can't express how bad I feel for you. When I saw the bad news on Instagram, I was shocked and so wishing I misunderstood. Live in your wonderful memories of your mom. You will never not miss her, but you are strong and will accept and adjust to it. You have your husband, kids and friends to get you through the grief. I will be praying for you.
😂 I'm at the gym and literally JUST opened my phone thinking "I want to watch some good ole Lauren Nicholsen decorating while I work out!" And this just popped up first thing in my feed. The universe KNEW!!
Thank you for posting - you must have inherited such a sweet and loving nature from your beloved Mother to think of others by posting video content while your family is going through such a difficult time. Please don't worry or feel pressured - we all understand completely - take all the time in the world you need before posting - time may not heal the absence of such a dear loved one - but it will softly fill your heart with all the wonderful memories and wisdom from her - that you will pass on through the generations...and maybe someday feel comfortable sharing some of that wisdom with the rest of the world. So sorry for your loss.

My gosh, people were ignorant??! Don't even know how she has the mental space to put out these videos after losing her mother and for people to be then ignorant towards her is shocking. My dad died nearly 2 years ago at Christmas and I'm only starting to accept that he's gone 😢

Our dear families friends that went to our church, moved to California years ago. They’re children were best friends with my oldest daughter. Their son, Bradley Smith, has always been the decorator for Balsom Hill tree’s, wreaths etc. He’s been featured on the “Home and Family “ show demonstrating how to decorate. He also is hired by MANY STARS and Wealthy people to decorate their homes! Brad has always decorated Johnny Mathias home. We are ALL SO PROUD OF HIM❤. Your “GREAT GATSBY” tree needs some of that era feathers. Just a few to set it off 😉😉
