ur right, tapos after a couple ofyears lipat uli sa mga anak plus capital gains tax pa pag ibenta mo plus may illegal settlers at mga sumisira sa mga tanim o magnanakaw ng produce plus,the money that u spent for all expenses like COLA, medical , death and funeral expenses ng magulang kc nd nmn kaya ung kita ng lupa sa,mga,ginastus ng mga anak plus ung supposed payments as caregiver to kids who took care of them, yun din kung kwentahin mo malaki ang narelease na funds in cash and in kind, etc. I hope the President will take considerations on all these matters surrounding this.
