Hush and Auphonic are the absolute best [non-realtime] dialogue denoisers in my experience. Since this video Auphonic has added seperate controls for the noise and reverb reduction and now would able to fully remove the reverb in that example.
I used supertone for a dialogue scene in a film I'm doing. The audio was recorded with some rode go wireless lav mics, and I even got a little rustle from clothes on the audio, but people were actually commenting on how clear and great the audio sounded in the final!
Yes, we‘ve used it in post production as well, it’s a super quick and easy tool. Not as perfect as iZotopes RX, but far more inexpensive and quicker. Totally agree

Thank you for the video and the great effort you've put into it. My take on your experiment is that the AI effectively removes reverb and noise from the recording. However, there's an issue when the noise overlaps with the voice. Since the AI identifies it as part of the voice, it struggles to remove it. This limitation isn't due to ambient sounds or reverb but because the noise is only noticeable when speaking, as it blends with the voice. Currently, I'm using a good microphone and recording on my Mac with Audacity. My main issue is the reverb resulting from sound bouncing back in the room, as my room is not treated yet. I'll need to test it myself to see how it performs.
