Pretty bleak looking there. Having lived in rural southern MN, the prairie wind might drive you crazy in the winter.

House looks built in early 1920s. Very similar to mine which is also a 1 1/2 story about the same size and shape. Altho mine was half a railroad building built in 1910 then added on in 1935. Still looks the same
