My baby came at 38 weeks lol everyone telling me I had time....I am so thankful for what I had all ready. As it's alot to sort through and takes time.
It's never too soon to organize baby stuff, never too soon to be 100% prepared. I was 36 weeks and had everything ready to go lol
It is never to soon. The more you can get done the better. Having it all done will allow you to relax.❤️👍🏻

It’s never too soon! My baby came at 37 weeks and we just installed the car seat right before. Just be prepared for her coming any day. I was sure I would be overdo and I was completely wrong.
Aw I hear ya! I’m only 24 weeks pregnant and am almost done with the babies nursery however this is my FOURTH baby so with other responsibilities I’m stretched pretty thin and don’t have much time or energy.
To our suprise, my daughter came at 36 weeks.. luckily I had just packed my hospital bag earlier that week, but we didn't have the car seat base installed yet! It was super stressful!! That was 7 years ago! We are now expecting our 2nd little girl in July, and kid you not, I will have EVERYTHING finished by 30 weeks this time 😂🤣

Currently in the process of getting my preemie’s nursery together - and trying not to panic with all the to dos! Your videos are great and nursery is so cozy! You’re doing amazing!
I would take an outfit in both newborn and 0-3 just in case she’s a bigger baby that way you have options! We took preemie and newborn for our twins and they ended up coming home in the newborn even though they were swimming in it width wise because they were too tall for the preemie we had.
I am loving watching everyone's organise videos I am currently 38 weeks trying to keep busy as if she isnt here by 39 weeks I'm getting induced. This is going to be a long week

I'm 25 weeks and I did my first 2 loads of baby clothes over the winter holiday. The other night I sorted and folded most of it. I'd rather do it as it comes in and I have enough for a load than to wait for the last minute. As for going home outfit, I found an outfit I loved and bought it in newborn and zero to 3 months as a going home outfit.
It is never too soon with a baby!!! There is no telling when she will arrive. As far as sizes are concerned, Both my boys wore newborn outfits home from the hospital. Hope that helps. Take care. Can’t wait to meet baby girl.

You might be able to use the bar cart in the closet as additional storage/shelving space. Especially if you are not sure what to do with it. It looked cute from what I could see. I couldn’t tell how baby friendly it was but it’s just a thought. I actually use cube storage in all my kids closets. It’s simple and easy to keep clean.
My son was 8 lbs and didn’t fit into 0-3 month clothes until he was 3 weeks old. When I sorted through all his clothes I sorted 0-3 and 3 month together, 3-6 and 6 month together, 6-9, 9 month and 6-12 month together and so on. You’ll figure out which brands run small and big as you use the clothes!

36 weeks definitely seems like the best time to have everything ready. Course premies happen, but the normal range is 37-41 weeks for birth.

0-3 months size was too big for both of our children to wear right after being born to go home in...and if this helps, our son weighed 7 lbs 3 oz and was 22 inches long...our daughter weighed 6 lbs 12.5 oz and she was 20 inches long. Both also, wore newborn size diapers for quite awhile and our daughter wore them much longer than usual. I remember taking size one diapers back to trade in for newborn bc it seemed she was never going to fit into them. Our son however, bulked up quickly! Allison, you are doing SO well and you are SO organized. I think it is never too early to put that carseat in your car. That said, I was the mom who never packed her hospital bag until like um..when my contractions began and I thought it was time to get to the hospital and it all worked out fine! I wonder what your baby girl will weigh?? You seem to be not super big and very healthy although you probably feel otherwise as us mom's always feel huge toward the end. Wishing you a healthy & blessed delivery! P.S. You all were blessed huge with clothing! and other things as well! Cannot imagine if we had (had) that much stuff at the start, wow....
Our car seat was installed 2 weeks before. My friend went into labor and still had the car seat in the box so they had to install at 4 am before going to the hospital. So I said no thank you let’s go ahead and put that in the car now…

Where did you get your diaper caddy? I’m pregnant with my first kid so I’ve been looking for one but the ones I’ve find were either to small or I didn’t like them

My baby wore a 0-3 month she was almost 7lbs !
Definitely install the car seat base now, don’t leave the car seat in just in case heaven forbid you were in an accident, it’s cheaper to replace just the base instead of the whole car seat system. We had the bases in maybe 2 weeks before I delivered and then when we were on our way to the hospital my husband just clicked them in as he was loading our bags into the car

My son was 7lbs 11oz and was in NB clothes for a month or so. 0-3 months were too big for him.
Pack an outfit in newborn and 0-3 month just in case baby isn't born the size you expect.

I put the baby’s coming home outfit in the car seat by the door ready for my husband to bring when I as discharge also when is she due my birthday is the 29th. Of January ❤️❤️
