The automatic return of the blade with the spring system makes things easier. The system is not complicated and works efficiently. Congratulations, you have created a beautiful machine.
Sure would be nice if the market still had a quality standard. Even high end equipment has junky aspects to it. You almost have to make something yourself or buy one designed to fail.
I absolutely love it. Perfect design, wonderful build and fun, cleanly edited video. Thanks so much for taking the time to document your build and share it. This is by far the best electric log splitter I've seen anywhere. Amazing job.
Absolutely awesome job 👏 👍. That is the best log splitter I've ever seen and I will say I think you are the best fabricating welder on RUclips. Love your channel
Wow - just wow. I watched with wonder and awe. You should be very proud of yourself for such incredible skills. Very jealous :) Best wishes Simon / Adelaide / Australia
Can you please explain how this can be simplier than a hydraulic splitter? This system has way more moving parts and needs a lot more maintenance than the hydraulic system. If you use a heavy hydraulic cylinder you don't even need other moving parts, except for the return mechanism and the control valve lever (that this one needs too). Gear pumps and cylinders usually don't cause any trouble as long as you have good oil in the tank and this is the only thing you need to care about. No gear box, no bearings, no rack. And if it of some reasons doesn't have enough oil, it just stops working before anything else happens. And I built my own hydraulic splitter without having advanced tools like a lathe. I couldn't build something like this with my tools.
Would you please consider outriggers of some sort the tipping hazard is there. Shes top heavy for sure and when upright a little slope could do alot.. Absolutly beautiful build. Design fabrication video editing. All top notch. Rough estimate on material costs?
Some might say it is to slow, but I say controllable / safer and hell for stout!! Thx for sharing, great work...

That takes log splitter to a whole other level! Built like a commercial machine.

Another high quality and very ingenious invention from our friend from Poland. Nicely done. Enjoyed watching this
This thing is awesome. It’s like having the best of both worlds with the brute strength of a hydraulic splitter and the speed of a flywheel splitter!
Your the best fabricator
Super.
Incredible. You are a master.
I like your style young man nice workmanship
Amazing machine and craftsmanship. Congratulations, great work.
This guys is awesome!
_My goodness, what talent!_
Great video great design!
insane build!
This log splitter Is the best
super 👍👍👍👍👍
Good job mister well done my friend
Good Job👍👍👍👍
a great pro work thanks for char
hi there well done john

Hi Simon
Gary / Brisbane / Australia lol
MM77 Approved 👍🏼👍🏼
Good job
Congratulaitons, much simpler than hydraulic splitters

i don't know why but all what you build looks very strong ;-)
Over builds like a boss. A machine can't break if it doesn't have a weak point haha. A man after my own heart .
Cool project of course now there's many different types of heating systems gas, diesel, electric and they are testing magnetic heating systems.
Really like your build of this machine. It seems very quiet
Nice job👍👍
Pretty impressive machine, dude! Fantastic work!!! 😃
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Thats amazing how silence it is, can you messure the sound lvl? Normaly they make sooo much noise 😅 nice work!
That’s awesome and really powerful 👍
Piękna robota ❤
good job!!
😁
No i znowu to zrobiłeś :D Super.
Helo thanks ban da chia se
Compliment precies wat ik zoek
Couldnt you find anything heavier to make it out of ??? Ya done good !
Heavy means strong. Professional machines are usually pretty heavy (if the weight isn't an important factor).
@@ontheroadagain4773 Heavy means no one is going to steal it lol.
You have excellent skills!
Nice work
Good job bro
I modified my log splitter to bend flat bar stock for brackets.
Very impressive. Have you thought about building them for sale?
Witam jakie obroty ma teduktor na wyjsciu?
You may produce this beast or sale you plan with royalties ! If I'm here from france this means that I look for a machine.
hello
what type of engine is it?
the gearmotor box is coaxial or endless
👍👍👍Beautiful👍👍👍
Can i use your project to make a smal version for me?
Holy overkill Batman!
Amazing!
Kita hadir boss..👍👍👍
Cefet jó 🏆👌
Świetna robota.
How much pressure does you machine do?
Ile by taka uparka kosztowała pozdrawiam
S the rack and pinion commercially available?
amazing
Be carefully about the oil filling off the Gear motor cause in vertical position have not enough oil on the bearing
Hi, what is the Power of the electric engine?

Sei bravo!
Awesome! I want to build one for me too, do you have any designs that could help me?
Don't bother building this. Much simpler ones that work just as well...
@@dangerous8333 Do you have some?
They make simpler things 😪 this thing is awesome for me needs to split longer logs tho and speed up just a little I love this design
Nice build - out of curiosity, how many log splitters have you built? It's obvious you could build these in your sleep
spettacolo
Absolutely gorgeous job.i need one to.can you make one and send it to me.
Nice
I really need a magnetic base drill!
the electrical motor is 3 hp or more ?
Beautiful. How much money did it cost?
I want it. I need it.
Just subscribed to your second channel too - what mod of gear rack is that?
Split something that has some gnarly grain...then I'll be impressed.
How much is the money is the Gear motor?
you must have a lot of trees
Just curious, why the second channel? Aren't these same projects on your first channel?
Witam.a ty prowadzisz 2 kanały?
Tak.

Why not just leave the four way wedge on ? Are my eyes playing tricks on me or is your handle rubbing against the beam when in the down mode ?

Slow but stronger then the other one.
