Ingredients
200 gm frozen sweet corn
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp oil
1 big size onion
2 medium size tomato
1 tsp garlic & ginger paste
2-3 green chillies
1 tsp jeera
1/2 tsp haldi
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp dhaniya powder
1 tsp jeera powder
Salt
1 tsp kitchen king masala / garam masala
1 tsp kasuri methi
12-15 kaju + 2 tbsp magaj seeds (melon seeds)
Soaked in warm water for 1/2 hour & grind into fine paste
Corinder for garnish
