Chef thank you for sharing this recipe, generally I serve this as appetizers. We will have non Indian friends before Christmas for dinner, I will make this with low spice and will use sweet colored peppers. For Christmas lunch it is only Indians and I will make it spicy. Chef ji are you using Victorinox paring knife for cutting? I have been using that knife for over 30 years and is fantastic. I will let you know the results.
