I remember this guy like it was yesterday eventhough I was only a kid! Why did he stick in my mind all these years, even his name? 😆
Maybe it was his personality 🤔 wonder if he is still alive?

I think it was just his pure joy winning. It was honest and real. And it came through. You knew he wasn’t. Just putting on for the camera.

It’s so weird seeing the syndicated version and hearing the Savers theme in the Beginning and the Alan Thicke tune at the end.

Judging by Jack's expressions during the closing credits, that must've been quite a conversation they were having! :D

I wish my cable company would have “free previews” of GSN and other networks. I wonder how that works,. Do they preview a new station every week or is it a mosh mash of shows/stations on the “free preview” channel?

Not the HK Hilton. Phil should've been put up at Chungking Mansions. That would be more his style. Plus you can learn a lot there.

Jack Barry was part Jewish, so I figure Israel. And maybe Scotland because he loved his Scotch.

False advertisement on this show, they got away with it for so many years. It's called The Joker's Wives, yet all you saw were the Jokers. Chuck Berry and Bill Collins lied when they said the name of the show.

It was retribution for everyone who was trying to fuck with Berry. After a while, he had to warn “don’t fuck with me!”
