Someone like me trying to lose some weight, running on the treadmill with your videos make it much easier and enjoyable. Every time I complete this video at one speed, I adjust it higher, it's good to feel gradually getting fitter. Some beautiful places you go to!
You and I are the same, i started running trying to shed off some beer belly fat, gave up on that mission because I ain't prepared to losing the beer but I eventually enjoyed running, it is better with the Rio scenes. Keep at it and remember to enjoy yourself running.
I made the videos for you to get through cold winters and I fully understand the chasing shadows, treadmills are hard to finish the target. Stay tuned for new videos coming soon.

Thanks for the video. I enjoyed my run. My only ask is could you keep the music best consistent? When the music slowed it made my pace slower and wasn’t motivating. But overall it was great!
