@user-id7nw8jl1d Thanks yes villa has full escritura and is shown on land registry plus 1st occupation licence so fully legal. Can't tell via escritura if this was done by an AFO.

@hongkongphooey78 the area is big some 75 kilometres in total. Actually after very busy Summer there are a shortage of good properties available.
