And I think this line means that after their vacation in After Midnight, Astro wants to go home. Their home isn't a normal home but their home is found in a galaxy since they are stars. Get it? Astro means Star and stars are found in the galaxy so the galaxy is Astro's home. This is proven true in the MV since Astro is seen driving in a galaxy like place in some scenes.
