Unfortunately, egg producers learned that they were being judged on the colour of their yolk and started introducing additives to chicken feed. So much so that you can't looks at an egg yolk any more and determine anything. What I can say though is that eggs don't come in the colour served in this meal without serious additives.

I’ve NEVER seen eggs that color 😯 so lovely 😋
They're just eggs that come from chickens that have been fed with nutrients mixed with additives. It's not the sign of good quality eggs it once was.
Could also be duck egg.
@@RylanStormFrom what I’ve read it’s just determined based on colors in the foods they’re fed, nothing more than that. Whether those colors are natural or artificial is a different question.
@@RylanStorm No, not mix with additives. That's the real egg color; all over the world.
I don't understand why American eggs yolk are so light in color.
@@laken1804 What I'm saying is that, egg yolk colour is determined by the food they eat.
Good quality feed used to produce a good coloured egg yolk and indicated a healthy chicken.
Unfortunately, egg producers learned that they were being judged on the colour of their yolk and started introducing additives to chicken feed. So much so that you can't looks at an egg yolk any more and determine anything.
What I can say though is that eggs don't come in the colour served in this meal without serious additives.

Make sure the meat is fresh, the fresher the better.
