Is there any reason why pros never use D-web? is it too much of an investment to be effective?I think I've occasionally seen Dark Archon feedback used to deal with Sci Vessels in some games too.

It's absurd to use d web. The time and money and all you have to do is just walk out of the web.
Corsairs are flying paperweights after they used the D-web, having extra arbiters is much more effective
