And even if you count that as Cell holding back or being restrained by the rules of Hell or whatever, Pikkon also pushed Goku into stacking Kaioken on top of SSJ to match him. The same Goku whose regular SSJ had Vegeta and Trunks shaking in their boots once he showed them about how strong he had gotten from training in the Time Chamber.
So I think Pikkon wins handily, low difficulty even, especially if he takes off his gi and """"transforms"""" in Legends terms.

what's crazy is that this video made decide to redownload legends and try my hand at summoning for Vegito. Literally my second multi I got him and I nearly had a heart attack. After that, I was praying Doto would get him, and I'm happy he did.

12:26 I think the Ginyu-swapped Gogeta defusing question is a lot more simple than people make it out to be. When two people fuse, their personalities and minds are combined into one using some sort of natural formula. So when they defuse, the formula is applied in reverse: You get a Ginyu-controlled Goku with a less Vegeta-esque personality (subtract however much of Vegeta's personality traits from Ginyu's personality), and a Ginyu-controlled Vegeta with a less Goku-esque personality (subtracting a portion of Goku's personality traits from Ginyu's personality).
The end result is two Ginyu-controlled bodies with Ginyu's mind slightly altered to lack the traits of the other body. _Or_ it could possibly just be two bodies controlled by Ginyu that don't have his mind altered at all - though the chances of that are very low since the brain nearly 100% is physically altered during fusion.

Saved up 20k for its release and got it on my second as well. Remaining 17k couldn't pull another though lol. And currently an extra 20k into it with still no second copy from grinding what I could and such. Starting to wish I saved the near 20k or so I spent on the recent goku black ultra banner. Didn't get a copy of it afterall to. Unfortunate but how it be sometimes.

There was a moment in dragon ball xenoverse 2 in a certain dlc that I couldn't remember but its where you have to clear the time rifts with Fu and you can choose which master you want to help you. So if you have Ginyu as a master to help you something funny will happen.
