Still better then any 4 star hotels in the States hell the last one they stay in a villa for only 215 I've paid more than that for staying at hotels and s*** hole Pittsburgh Pennsylvania where my view is the concrete wall out the window
@Larry....Comparing something you didn't experience yourself to something you experienced staying or seeing personally is a stupid thing. But to give you an idea why comparing luxury in Las Vegas and Cebu is a futile attempt, think about this: You are staying in a luxury hotel stuck in a hell (Las Vegas, USA or USA in general) and a luxury hotel in paradise! The whole resort of Nustar is not yet fully completed as the 6-star hotel with its eponymous name (Nustar Hotel) is not yet open. The theme park at the podium level is still under construction, the marina and boardwalk are still under construction, the luxury mall is also not fully operational yet.
@Larry....Location is best when you are in Cebu. You're always close to or few minutes to white sandy tropical beaches, north or south. When in Cebu City, you're just a few hours drive to world famous natural attractions of Cebu's turquoise waterfalls (hundreds of them), hundreds of scalable mountain peaks, tropical islands for island hopping, hundreds of cold springs, scenic mountain roads crisscrossing the mountainous island of Cebu, scenic hiking/biking trails, diving or snorkeling magnificent clear blue waters where you get to swim with colorful tropical marine fauna, swimming with whale sharks, thresher sharks, black-tip sharks, sea turtles, world-famous sardine run, etc. In Las Vegas, you have nowhere else to go but stuck inside your room intoxicated in your idea of luxury.

Flowers are for burials
It’s a casino , should have spacious rooms , that refrigerator should be stock with drinks . Coffee should be stock not with 1 service .

If you ever go to Las Vegas, stayed at our 5 stars casinos , you will see the difference of luxury..

This location was given a bad reviews earlier , not clean , noisy , too small rooms
