I tried to do this on Swamp Fever (without mutations though), only made it to the second mission and got sent to orbit by a Charger as soon as I reached the Safe Room-
The Mutation is significantly easier because none of the special infected that can pin you (hunter, jockey, smoker, charger) spawn. What you achieved (finishing the first mission) was imo harder than this challenge.

Heres a challenge you should do. You should beat tank run with no other survivers just you. Tou kill the other survivers on expert and can either change it back to normal or keep it on expert

You closed the door and the enemy that was in there which fortunately was a boomer died so yes when any and all players who are incapacitated that died the surviving ones in the safe room with the door closed finished the chapter...
If you are incapacitated in the the safe room with the door closed either by yourself or another survivor the chapter ends too. This would have been legit but it’s not because in order for that boomer to have died, you shot it with the magnum violating your no secondary weapon rule thus ending the chapter.
If you had adhered to it you would have died and since there was an enemy still alive in the safe room the chapter wouldn’t have been completed. I think it’s great you restarted and completed it easily

I was trying only med kit too. Chapter 3 was so easy idk why but I complete chapter 3 with first try (without adrenaline underground)
U can sidestep a tanks rock meaning u go one direction and when he releases the rock you go the other direction, thus dodging the rock
I would love to see WOW SUCH GAMING do Cold Stream with only a med-kit. Especially with the part where you have to go through that tunnel where the water is moving the opposite way. If he does do this Good Luck!
