I wish this information existed way bay 7 years ago. I could had visited to US. I was told I cannot go to America because of by immigrant application. 😔 Thank you anyway and everything for your updates,Sir Gurfinkel. I wish you live a long life. We need you 💯❤️
It means there is nothing different applying visitor visa while on petition and applying normal visitor visa without any petition fam or employment.. but must have to proved you established strong ties and purely visitor and you never stayed illigal. Thank you for enlighten me.
Thank you so much for the clarification. I need help for my sister to visit, stay a little bit and go back. I have not seen her for so long. Help. Blessings.
I am an American born and raised and I am married to an Egyptian man and I live in his country of Egypt. I been living in going on four years now and love it here. we applied for my husband to get a visitors visa to the US so he can travel with me for a two week vacation to visit with my mom and sister, but the consulate denied him. The consulate didn't want to see any of his documents he didn't want to see nothing. he only asked my husband three questions, what is your reason for traveling to the US, where will you be staying and are you married? my husband said he was traveling to Ohio with me to meet his in laws for the first time, he said we be staying at my sister's home for the duration of our trip and that his wife is American and lives here in Egypt with me. the consulate handed him a blue paper under 214 saying he was being denied and slammed the window in my husband's face. I been living in Egypt for four years, have a residence card and about to have an Egyptian passport. we own a home here and is currently renting a home cause our home needs more remolding done to it. my husband at the moment doesn't have permanent work as work is very slow here in Egypt but does have a license in interior and exterior painting. he paints homes and buildings. for four years I fought with the US Embassy here in Egypt. my husband doesn't want to immigrate to the US he loves his country and wants to always stay close to his family. he only wanted to travel with me to meet my mother cause she is too old and to sick to travel the long distance. the embassy here has treated everyone unfair.

My brother who is a citizen petitioned his granddaughter way back 2008 together with my brother's son, my nephew. Their petition has been approved already and waiting for their interview, but granddaughter is already old because of the long wait. Why did they exclude her in the petition just because she was already past twenty? She was a teemager when she was petitioned? Please help. Thank you.
