Hi, skin tags can be a symptom of insulin resistance. Insulin resistance can be caused by too much carbohydrate intake; stress factors; sleep deprivation; lack of exercise; inflammation. It's also a precursor to diabetes-2. Just putting this out there... because while it's important to remove the tags - and thanks for the great information, this video is much appreciated - if it's IR, it's equally important to treat the source as well. The pancreas releases insulin to remove excess glucose from the bloodstream. Remember all carbohydrate is broken down into glucose to be used by muscle cells as energy.
Extra glucose not required by the body will be converted to fat and sent to fat cells to be stored for energy usage while we sleep and for periods we go without food.
Insulin is a fat storage hormone.
Ways to reduce insulin resistance:
Reduce the amount of carbohydrate eaten. This will reduce the amount of insulin required to push any excess glucose converted into fat cells for storage.
Intermittent fasting, which is simply eating how we used to eat in the old days (ex. stop eating at 8 PM, and consider skipping breakfast ). 8pm to 8am that's already a 12 hour fast. So going even a little bit longer has anti-aging benefits for the body ... After 12 hours of fasting, the body increases the level of human growth hormone. increases up

Having 3 meals without snacking in-between is another way to reduce insulin resistance. Remember when we're not eating, insulin goes down and keeps dropping.
When we keep eating in-between meals we're constantly signaling the body to keep storing what it doesn't immediately need as energy for use later - which we may never use because "later" we're snacking or eating again.
Don't starve- reducing carbohydrate intake just means replacement with something else (protein and fat). Fat slows down the absorption of glucose/sugars.
Butter is good fat, so is the fat on the meat we buy.
Summary of the above is: instead of having the pancreas pump more insulin to remove and store the excess carbohydrate that we eat, why not just eat less carbohydrate.

I always do a spot test for 6-8 weeks to determine if something works. Everyone will have a different timeframe for it to work. For me 6-8 weeks shows me great results.

Your scalp is tender because you are pulling and stressing your skin. This will lead to bald spots. It was very common in Japan with the old fashioned hair styles. Not so tight , or you'll be sorry. I've had the bald spots, no joke!

Be careful. Some of those ingredients will burn your skin. Always try separately. I tried a thin slice of garlic on my skin once, it left a burnt circle which I peeled off to reveal my red unhealed skin beneath.
It’s not funny not so nice at all to laugh about that lady’s covered face tags.
So I did a little research internet. She’s doing the most.all you need is garlic chop fine put on tag then cover it with a band aid overnight rinse in the morning band aid to prevent getting on the sheets if your face is covered with tags spread chopped garlic all over and let it sit for hours rinse then follow behind some lemon juice get a bottle of juice kills garlic smell and lemon juice is also a toner.

I really did not want share this as i did not want folks to go & buy it up from the African, hair stores. ! But i am a person who likes to help folks live their best life. I went & bought some shea Butter! Just to even out my skin tone. Something like coco butter. I put it on my face as well & HONEST to God true they have began shrinking! No lie. I was STUN& yes i have been using it every night for about two months now & they are so small & around my neck they have began to fall off. Un reall. & i was not even going to buy shea butter but for some reason i change my mind while in the store. Of course i had hear of shea butter. But thought it was not for me because i was thinking it is WHAT African use& how can it benefit me. Well i will not be w/ o shea butter. It is my go too for night time skin care. I dont used in day. Dont like the smell. Get 100 PERCENT shea butter in a tub it works! GRACE to All. Gh
