I just went "oh shit" when I saw where they were in the story. Wonder how Steven would act when hes trying to bring back someone he accidentally shattered, and then Yellow showing up and asking for that same gem, I can already see Steven panicking.

i don't get why they would need to go to Earth to find Quartz's, i mean, this is a common type of gemme, they can spawn them anywhere suitable. The Gem Empire had Quartz's soldiers long before they discover Earth.
