While Rose VT2 can deal a lot of damage, please note that combos in this video are pretty situational (and some require perfect height and/or microwalk). In real match, Rose won't have that many chances to activate V-Trigger raw and start the combo. Most of the time, we will see on hit activation which will scale the combo damage significantly. Also, because the V-Timer is super short for this V-Trigger, she will have only one chance to mixup at best, and it is pretty weak against V-Reversal too. It is indeed a very strong V-Trigger but you won't see this kind of damage that often.

I left this in another comment, but I think this v-trigger will have a good amount of utility for getting plus frames from a block-confirm activation. The thing is, since you don't get the damage scaling from a hit activation, the opponent has to block or else they're gonna take the 50% combos from the video. So you get a pretty guaranteed throw, they delay rise to stall time, then you slide for plus frames again and do another throw and then you lose v trigger. So this trigger should be pretty reliable for getting 2 throws worth of damage each activate.
Even with the situational type of combos, saying that comparable damage won't happen often in a real match (to me imho) is near laughably untrue. Now, I can't tell the future (lol) but players with good reactions are gonna see comparable damage to these combos quite often. They might only lose 100 to 150 damage. This is just my opinion though.
It lead to a mix up that you would like to take the throw, if you tech it, got hit by the ball and got full combo too. Unless u use ex dp or something to escape the throw

I don't think it's good enough as is to be 3-bar. But if they buff it sure, that may be the more fair option. Playing against it, when ppl activate it for plus frames, I just hold down back, take 1-2 throws, and delay rise to stall it out
This would be the worst in game if they did that without giving it some buffs. I think they should make the timer really slow but make it go down more when using heavys and specials. And they should keep it 2 bars. She has no way to open up it's over in seconds you basically have to use a trigger activate combo.

But if it's too slow, VT2 will ran out for second crHP. Took me like 30 minutes to record the first combo
She's not. The character is mostly garbage. These combos are extremely situational and almost impossible to pull off in a real match like this. The V-Trigger timer is so short you have to activate precisely at the correct time to hit this hard, which usually means the opponent has to walk into it.

These combos aren’t activating VT on hit plus a lot of these combos are situational and dependent on meter. So there’s optimization and damage scaling mitigation happening to maximize damage output. You wont see these’s combos happening all the time in real matches.
