I want to give 5 Mb/s to myself and 1 MB to my friends each. According to your method, I have set a static IP for all of my friends, allocate a maximum of 1 MB to each friend and 5 MB to myself. Is there a method where I only have to select a minimum of 5 MB to be myself? Example: One day my speed is slow and I am getting only 8 MB/s total. According to your method, all of my friends will get 1 MB/s and I will only get 3 MB/s. I want the first 5 MB/s bandwidth allocation to myself and the remaining will be shared equally with my friends. so that if any day my speed is slow, my quote is fulfilled first and I get the priority. another example: if I am getting 6MB/s speed, then all my 5 friends will get 1 MB/s and I will also get 1 MB/s. Instead, I want 5 Mb myself and the remaining to be shared equally. bhai mein ne ptcl ka neya connection lgwa hai jis mein mojy vdsl ka router mila hai. ab masla ye hai k wo router mere laptp se connect nhi huta. jub k mobiles wagiira connect hai. laptop meein dosre wiifi show ho rhe hain lakin mera nhi show huta. agr mein apna pura router lagoun tu wo laptop show kr daita hai, lalikn neye pr q nhi kr rha?

I have PTCL VDSL 2 router installed on ground floor, but signals are very weak on 1st floor. What should I do, shall I buy WiFi router or Access point for 1st floor and connect with ethernet cable. What will be the best solution, can you suggest any budget device compatible with PTCL router.

I only want to set a minimum download speed for one device.
Suppose I am sharing with 5 friends, my total download speed is 10 Mb/s. I want to give 5 Mb/s to myself and 1 MB to my friends each.
According to your method, I have set a static IP for all of my friends, allocate a maximum of 1 MB to each friend and 5 MB to myself.
Is there a method where I only have to select a minimum of 5 MB to be myself?
Example: One day my speed is slow and I am getting only 8 MB/s total. According to your method, all of my friends will get 1 MB/s and I will only get 3 MB/s.
I want the first 5 MB/s bandwidth allocation to myself and the remaining will be shared equally with my friends. so that if any day my speed is slow, my quote is fulfilled first and I get the priority.
another example: if I am getting 6MB/s speed, then all my 5 friends will get 1 MB/s and I will also get 1 MB/s. Instead, I want 5 Mb myself and the remaining to be shared equally.
So no matter how much the speed is, I want the first 5 MB/s allocation to myself and the remaining to be shared equally with my friends.
