Backstory: Tae has been in this Mafia world since he was 15 which is almost 10 years and so he knows every single bit of it... And there are some rules in the Mafia world that nobody can change, they are bound to be the way they are. Jennie is a fearless well trained girl who's dad was a Mafia but was killed by Taehyung's gang 1 year ago, and so Jennie had to take his father's place all of a sudden, that's why she doesn't know everything. According to the rule of the Mafia world, whoever enters that place have to go out alone, and kill there opponent even if they don't want to, same happened with Taehyung. Since Jennie entered that place, he had to kill her even though he didn't wanted to kill her.... That's how the Mafia world works
