1. The explosion was outward so probably did not penetrate the tank.
2. The image of the aftermath are omitted (probably because the operators been unalived or something like that).

Nem é preciso destruir por completo um tank para que ele fique fora de combate, basta só destruírem as lagartas.
A ser verdade este vídeo, eles colocam cargas entre a base da torre e habitáculo. Dá-se a explosão, mas o tank não saltou aos bocados, muito menos a torre saltou.
Mas, pode ter feito um orifício na blindagem tipo carga oca e um jacto de fogo ter passado por aí para dentro onde se encontram a tripulação e ter causado neles ferimentos.
Aliás, a maioria dos ferimentos em tankistas Israelitas são nós membros inferiores e superiores e nos olhos.
Isto quer dizer que apesar dos Merkava não serem por completo destruídos com estes artefactos explosivos, eles causam dados graves às suas respectivas tripulações.
