Erasmus+ Bizz2youth in Latvia 🇱🇻

From the 10th to the 18th of April we got to live the experience of an Erasmus+ called Biz2Youth where we focused on entrepreneurship developing some ideas for future enterprises, for this we mainly used the method of Design Thinking. 45 people from France, Slovakia, Spain, Italy, Romania, Greece, Bulgaria and of course Latvia joined the project in Riga, the capital of the country. During these days we did mainly these 3 types of activities:
1. Activities to get to know each other better. We would like to point out one the grateful walking where we walked in pairs and while one was guiding the other expressed the things he/she was grateful for. This activity got us to know each other in a special way.
2.Activities to learn about Design Thinking. Due to the lack of time that we had, because 7 days is too little to get deeper into this topic, we got to know the main points about this and how to put them into practice. What we learned during the week will be really useful for our future. Our favourite activity was the brainstorming because we got to see a lot of interesting ideas.
3. Activities to create our enterprise. We completely loved this part of the project where we worked in groups of different countries, realities, worries, interest… This part of the project was really fulfilling, a lot of interesting and different companies came out. Because of that our favourite activity was to show our company for which we worked so hard to the rest of the participants. Without a doubt it was an exciting way of finishing our projects.
We also would like to point out the other aspects of the Erasmus+, of course not everything is about the activities. The intercultural night was one of our favourites, also on the game night we had a lot of fun. We can’t forget the energisers, we liked them every time more and more, but none of them can beat the dancing moments where we all got so much energy. Talking about dancing, one of our favourite nights was wen we all got to go out together… ¡We should do more of those!
And lastly but not least we can’t forget to point out the location: the hotel was unbeatable, central and with some amazing installations. We’re so grateful for that because we got to make a lot of tourism and we saw how locals live in this wonderful country.
Summarizing, the project was amazing. The activities were amazing because of the professionals that carried them out, the organization couldn’t be better, they were really close and is something that everyone was grateful for and liked.
What can we say? We can’t wait to repeat this experience!!
