    Thank you for the help, today I got blade whipped out on me over a parking spot. I realized today I have to be able to protect myself and those I love. Thank you for the help and please keep posting jsut got done with this workout and hopping onto the next

      @@ultravioletrhino i am doing mma for 1 year my strengths that i am good at close range fight and i have good speed and power in my punches and i am also good at wrestling and bjj and weakness is that i get tired really fast and i have really bad kicks and knees i can't throw high or strong kicks which is really bad and i have kinda bad balance
