Self Care Before the Holiday and Black Friday Shopping

There's no stopping the holiday season from coming. But before that, many of us have to hurdle the challenge of shopping for appropriate gifts for our loved ones.

I am not a big fan of massive crowds so I try to go before or after the peak season. Black Friday shopping is more tame compared to our neighbour in the south, but the size of the crowds is still way more than I can handle.
Holidays are fun but stressful. I hope we are able to right-size our celebrations to create meaningful memories.
Set aside time for self-care. Manage boundaries. Ask for help. Do whatever it takes so you can also enjoy the holidays with the people who matter.
