I don't think he's kinda "losing his voice"... His voice is just getting older :-) That's life guys and girls ! He's not a kind of "superman" and that's a problem of almost all singers who have a "high-pitch" vocal style, even in metal, hard rock or classical (countertenors can hardly sing past 50s, while tenors or baritones can keep singing properly way longer).
I agree, and then at the same time,, disagree.... Simon and Garfunkel sound the same singing a song from 52 years ago,........amazing, yet true. I LOVE PLACEBO, I think his voice is "maturing" , I think they want their style to change a bit, to do/be something different. Yet, yes, also, smoking doesn't help....... While it is true that age takes its toll on the voice this in my opinion does not explain his vocal performance. He does not sing things that are super hard to sing really if he properly trained his vocals and lived a healthy lifestyle he could easily sing these songs, he just does not have good technique
You know your own songs so well and can play them so good, without looking or they're simple and all similar with power chords just moving around, but it doesn't matter, they sound ideal

delighted with the new drummer... makes placebo finally sound like placebo again. forrest was too erratic on drums didnt suit placebo. This guy sounds like hewitt and i LOVE it
I loved Setve Forrest for his verve - he was looking like full trothle all the time and totally enjoying it. Anyway, I see nothing wrong on other Placeboo drummers.
