Thank you Fr. Kirby, this is the perfect follow-up on yesterday's meditation - if we live a life of love, giving without measure; not concerning nor feeling entitled over something all the time, we won't have the time for self-pity. We are a people of joy🎉 because God loves US, thereby we always have hope. And hope never disappoints❤💃 Praise the Lord!⚘️
Every day is a gift and I thank God for that and I don't expect special "favors". I also, in my older years, try to understand that everyone has a "trial" of some kind whether they talk about it or not, so I take that into consideration when, at times, I feel things should have gone differently. Thank you Father Kirby for your morning offerings/lessons, and may God bless you too.
Thank you Fr. Kirby. Those were thoughtful and insightful words. We merit nothing. It all comes from God and belongs to Him. Whatever we receive in this world is because of God's will for us. Lord bless you Father.
Thank you, Father Kirby. This hit home for me because I didn't recognize myself for a while because I felt so petty asking for people to give me acknowledgment in dealing with things at work. I succumb to the temptation of feeling entitled to be told of everything, and it ruined my relationship with other people... 😢
I want to see everything as a gift. Please let me move beyond perceived slights and not be saddened by them. Let me not care about me and what other people say and do. Help me move on to experience the many blessings God has given me. Amen.❤❤❤
Thank you, Fr. Kirby. I am the person you are describing today towards my husband and son. I didn't see it as "self entitlement" but the proper/polite thing to do or the right response to my gestures. Surprisingly or strangely, I don't expect much from other people, co-workers or even friends. I just give! What a tragedy. Oh God of love and compassion, have mercy on me and help me live my life as a gift. And share away my gifts to my family, out of pure love as You love me so graciously, AMEN.
Thank you Father Kirby, please dear mother mary you are so Beautiful we love you above all things and we love you son Jesus Christ have mercy on all of us Amen 🙏💖🙏💖🙏💖🙏💖🙏 God bless you fr, Kirby and watch over you !! Amen 🙏💖🙏💖🙏 watch over all the kids,

May God give us that grace. Our egos get us in trouble. I have to remember, it’s not all about me. God bless you Father.

I completely get that. I’ve had to humble myself somewhat at work. I just do my job and go home.
