The fact that Sega doesn't know how to write their characters anymore truly saddens me. It pains me to see that they are potraying shadow as this edgy rival to sonic, even though he got over that in SA2. They're supposed to have a mutual respect for each other, while maintaining a friendly rivalry. They were never supposed to hate each other after SA2. But Sega just doesn't know what they're doing anymore...
Given how Infinite himself turned out to be, I was actually thinking that a more comedic version of him could work in a Sonic Boom-type show. Like, he’s this guy who tries way too hard to be cool and intimidating, and in the process, he makes himself look like a total goofball. For instance: “Family. Just another illusion. All you can look after is yourself.” (Infinite’s phone rings) “Oh, uh…my allies in darkness! I must take this, worms. (Turns away from the heroes, in a frustrated whisper) Mom, come on! I am busy right now!” Just something I wanted to get off my chest tbh.
Sonic and Shadow are definitely the most entertaining characters when they fight. They are both so equal when in combat. Just makes the rivalry 10x better..

As for 06 he was complete allies saved sonic when silver was about to beat him and Started to feel low after sonics death near the end of 06 never gave up and bringing him back to life along with friends.So yh due to Sega fucking up who shadow was originally about its safe to say that if he was how he was In those games as he supposed to then he would be a close allies to sonic even to this day.

Shadow beat sonic, no problem twice. The first fight shadow was getting all the hits and had sonic best but eggman got in the way and was the only reason sonic got hits in and now this fight was also one sided to shadow, sonic lasted longer because shadow was talking most of the time

Well Shadow beat them up pretty badly to the point Sonic had to talk to him while laying. Badass alright
Shadow beat sonic, no problem twice. The first fight shadow was getting all the hits and had sonic best but eggman got in the way and was the only reason sonic got hits in and now this fight was also one sided to shadow, sonic lasted longer because shadow was talking most of the time
@@dominiclowe3640The first Fight he was Caught off Guard, and really both of their fighting Styles Are so Similar, Canonically Sonic has Beaten Shadow 3 Times, once in a death fight, Shadow seems more skilled, but sonic has an advantage in terms of Power, In the second fight, They were both talking the whole time, Or just Speeding around.

I wish Zero/Infinite The Jackal was in Sonic Boom and Sonic is a LOZ fan Infinite is basically Sonic's version of Skull Kid/Majora's Mask. I even think they would get along. And Infinite's theme would even fit Skull Kid as well.
