My apologies! I misread a scripture. I accidentally said You will be tempted by the Holy Spirit, but the Holy Spirit led Jesus into the wilderness to be tempted by Satan. Thank you for catching that Sisters and for your grace. I'm so grateful for Jesus and that I don't have to feel guilty or beat myself up for my mistakes. He knows my heart.

Kim. Thank you so much for reminding me that this is a SPIRITUAL battle first and foremost. I have been holding back and not letting God into my food and fitness decisions. And I do often think that women like you never really need to put on the Armor of God. But that’s not true. We all do… every day, every meal. Thank you for opening my eyes to this truth! 🙏🏼
i just had a talk with my great friend yesterday on how i’ve tried everything under the sun, but he reminded me that i need to submit this fitness journey to God and release this control. my journey won’t be compared to other people and then this video popped up 😊 thank you so much for posting!

I love all you stuff. Just have to clarify one thing. You said, "You will be tempted by the Holy Spirit." No. You just read that the Holy Spirit lead Jesus into the wilderness to be tempted BY Satan. It wasn't the Holy Spirit. And we need to pause and understand that God is good and Holy and perfect in all things. Why did God through the Holy Spirit lead Jesus into the wilderness knowing that Satan would tempt him? I'm not entirely sure. Perhaps, to strengthen Jesus. Perhaps to show God's power or the fact that Jesus understands temptation. But, we need to be careful not to believe or say that God tempts us. He does not. He provides the way of escape from temptation only. I think it was a misspeak, but for anyone wondering, just wanted to clarify.

I so need to give myself Grace over Guilt. And I also need patience. That is the fruit of the spirit I am going to concentrate on.🙏❤️
