    Cold showers actually warm up your body because it increases circulation. It's better to do it in the morning than before bed

    I appreciate your rationale in this video however I always get in when it's cold shock myself a few times turn around in it and then I turn the hot on and wash my body with it and then before getting out I turn the cold back on and then I'm ready for a wonderful day for some reason it helps with my weight It does help with my anxiety and sometimes depressive mood but also the coal really does snap me back into new and positive thoughts Thank you again
