I think when I was 15 I was just obsessed with Rider Strong and the Backstreet Boys (and books). Now I want to go back through my journals (I started writing when I was 12, and I still write pretty much daily - I was writing in mine while watching this video).
I’ve gone through my own old journals and I always cringe at my actual “HS moments” but I also want to hug myself for acknowledging those moments that really teach you what life is all about. I’m so glad you made this video and I really hope you make more!

Loving the rap! I wish I could re-read my old journals but I lost them while moving multiple times. I think my journals were just as sappy/angry/poetic/heavy/deep. can't wait to listen to the Playlist. I was an Aerosmith, Bryan Adams, Wilson Philips, Heart kinda teen with splashes of salt and pepper, En Vogue, TLC, Alice Cooper and Jon Bon Jovi. I personally think I had good music taste as a teen 😊

Any record of it is long gone, thankfully, but seeing that you had done that reminded me of it! It makes me feel better that I’m not the only one that did that... I'm really exited even though it was the worst years I've ever experienced.
