But yeah, they need to promote it better. From a public perspective, it seem a bit all over the place right now, but I can see they've put a lot of effort into designing them and making sure they're actually connected. I just finished a ride from Brisbane to Ipswich this morning. Last night felt like solving a puzzle while planning the route!
Great video. I’ve been eyeing off this route for a while. I think this should perhaps be “safe” with a big asterisk though because that section on Qantas Dr looks so very sketchy to me.
That's weird did you do it at weekdays? Qantas Dr should be easy since there's a empty lane at the left. Lobelia Cir is. unless you're doing a return trip, as Qantas Dr is only designed for inbound. but yeah its tricky unfortunately, there aren't many options
@@brisbanebiking I actually haven’t done it but I’ve thought about it at times when I need to catch a flight. I’m just looking at your footage of a narrow/nonexistent bike lane next to high speed traffic.
@@aglr5848 give a try mate! try on weekend before your actually schedule. if you just want to go to international or domestic, Qantas Dr and Lobelia Ci, but only tiny part of these two road that need worries about, sprint a bit and you'll arrived in no time! Domestic a bit more tricker there roundabout but I believe there is footpath after that. check out offical Airport map, they released some time ago
