Was the speaker mod in stereo? I saw pictures of the mod, and I believe you soldered to the 2 lone pads right to the speaker connector, correct? How would you set it up in stereo. I believe the original speaker itself gets both left and right channels, but perhaps that's software?
Sad to hear. Makes me reconsider doing a mod. Had a spare speaker from a defunct GBA SP that I was going to mod into it, but not sure now. Maybe I'll try it and see if I can do software stuff to get it in stereo, else if both traces are a combination of both left/right channels, then I guess it's not possible. Thanks for the reply.

what joysticks did you use to add the buttons
From what I've read, they didn't change the joy sticks. People add a small switch/button under the current stick so you can press it

From A Great Height Good question, technically it’s still mono but it does enhance the sound quality since it comes from both sides of the system.
