Disgusted (but not surprised) in all of these interviews there is little to no mention of the female actors in this film. Hats off to the director and writer for actually creating interesting female characters. Boo to these interviewers overlooking such fabulous performances
That’s likely because this was filmed prior to the end of the SAG strike. As the producer director and writer are being interviewed, this talk is largely focused on their specific contributions to the film and their respective careers up to this point. Now the SAG strike is over more press will come out and the main actress Davine Joy Randolph will likely be a large part of it. Could be wrong but hope I’m not, her performance really grounded the film
