- Today I’m sharing my entire minimalist makeup collection! 🤍 I’ve decluttered my makeup collection a lot over the years, but still I enjoy wearing natural makeup on a daily basis. So today I’m sharing all the makeup I own and my daily makeup routine and how I use each of the products I have.

What does your makeup collection look like?? 🤍

I recently did a (yearly) clear out and finally got my makeup stash to a sweet spot, so I've been watching these types of videos to... celebrate? I have 3 palettes, 2 mascaras, 3 eyeliners, 2 foundations (one liquid, one powder), and a bronzer (which is infrequently used). My focus is my eyes, everything else is an afterthought. I have rosacea so I have given up trying to cover it and now use it as a natural blush. :D No lip products, I only use lip balm. At almost 50, my lips are still quite pigmented.
I love makeup but am definitely not a minimalist. Still recovering from the overspending on makeup the past 8 years LOL

I really love the format of this video, Ashlynne! It definitely feels like an old-school GRWM type of video. I, too, like to keep things simple/minimal with makeup. It just makes the whole process of getting ready easier for when I decide to use it 😊

Lovely makeup routine. That Tarte pallet has all my colors. It’s on my list! I’m not into makeup anymore, and instead focus entirely on my diet and having excellent skin, so I rarely feel the need to cover it. I have lots of oils and butters and do doll up during a meeting or event though. Thank you!💗

I used to use makeup in college but then I just stopped bc I really didn’t enjoy it, my husband doesn’t really care if I use it or not, and it’s just an extra expense I don’t have to worry about purchasing! So having no makeup just works for me!

I've been on the path of minimalism for about 5 years now and I'm definitely noticing a change in the amount of products I now have but I could definitely do better. I currently have just a little more than I need but I'm getting to my minimalist goal for sure. I do also know that minimalism varies per person. In my case, I want to own just what I personally need but also have options but overall not have more than I can finish in terms of makeup!
I really like make up and sometimes I just want to buy everything I see. Truth be told, there are only 3 things I use on the regular. So I decluttered most of it and it feels so guys! I'm a true minimalist at heart now.

I have a small back stock of extra skincare and makeup products for special occasions and my little makeup bag with my “everyday” products. Just did another declutter of some products this past week using your videos as inspo!❤
Also I have the clay play volume two pallet as well! It’s been my fave for years. So versatile!

I was thinking about that too! Haha
So I kept running into a problem where the lightest color on the palette would just solidify and become unusable… and that was the color I reached for most often. After that happened twice over a couple years I decided to try something else. Which is sad because I liked it… but it was a bit frustrating since those eyeshadows aren’t cheap 😅🤍
Thanks for the video, I really enjoy these ones! My makeup bag is fairly minimal too. On days where I want a really natural look, I just use mascara, eyeshadow to line my eyes, concealer for any acne spots, vaseline rosy lips, and soap brows. If I'm trying for a more put together look, I'll do concealer, a powder foundation, eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, soap brows, tinted lip oil, and sometimes blush. I do love to experiment with different looks and products though, so there's always random makeup I'm selling on my Poshmark account😂

I have very minimal makeup too. I love your makeup palette that you showed. I use those similar colors too. I usually dont go for bright colors for my eyes and a slight pinkish or neutral color for my lips.
I also have been using Bare Minerals for a couple of years now. I just recently threw out most of my old makeup that i barely used. Thank you for showing us your makeup kit. I will check out that moisturizer and makeup palette!!

Usually for everyday I just put on a CeraVe tinted sunscreen, concealer, liquid bronzer and blush, eyebrow gel, and lip balm 🤗🫶🏻 (I use the blush as an eyeshadow)

Can you share what products you use to remove makeup, especially mascara? I don’t wear alot of makeup but when I do I find it hard to remove .
Yes girl, I love makeup 💄 too however minimal it may be.
Always keep a piece of yourself for yourself. That's not selfish, that's survival.
I like makeup and I often do colorful or bold looks, but I still have just 20 makeup products, I find that it is enough for me, because you can multitask a lot of products, for example I sometimes use lipstick as blush, eyeshadows as a colorful liner, or even as blush or bronzer or for eyebrows, mixing moisturiser with concealer to make a tinted moisturiser and etc., if you get creative with your makeup the possibilities are endless even with a small collection
And I wear makeup almost everyday and still find it hard to use up some products before their best after opening date 😅
I use concealer, mascara, eyeshadow, brow powder, a lip and cheek balm and highlighter everyday. Im finding the older I get, the more highlighter is my friend
Can anyone recommend a good cool toned minimal eyeshadow palette? A small/travel sized 3 to 6 color palette would be perfect, but It's so hard to find cool tones in the small palettes.
You could get a customisable Magnetic palette and build your with singles?

I don’t understand using a lip color that matches the color of your lips. I feel a deeper lip color or even a nude with more pink in it would look great on you.
you seems really nice but but I don't know if it is the lighting but you literally look like you have no make up on......cannot see the blusher or eyeshadow at all!!! I feel like I am watching you put the brushes on your face with no product on them! ....your eye liner is the only thing noticeable d......like I said it might be your lighting but I honestly feel feel like I spent 13mins watching you pretending to do make up! Very odd
