Fun Fact: The queens Marina has eliminated are from countries that have invaded Philippines at one point. (Mayhem = USA, Gothy = UK, Choriza = Spain). She really gave the colonizers the CHOP.

Another episode of MARINA VS THE WORLD. She’s an icon, she’s a legend and SHE IS THE MOMENT. By far this seasons LIP SYNC ASSASSIN. I love how she brought Filipino drag with the ruveal during a lip sync 😭

I think it was actually their dance during the challenge. you can see marina's face telling hannahconda that they can do it. you can also see Hannah reciprocating the gesture when they were down on the floor while marina was removing her gloves. I love those moments. she is a perfect image of a Filipino. very compassionate.

Marina dominated this season. Her runways were incredible as well. I hope she wins this season as she deserves the crown the most. She has so much passion for drag and I just love how she represented her country, the Philippines.

Marina lip sync have always variety. This really showcase how VERSATILE she is as a lip sync assassin.
On 1st lip sync she gave us groovy fierce dance lip sync
On 2nd, she gave us festive, uplifting, hard but also showcased a lil comedy with the look (she said editors cut down her funny bits during this lipnsync coz she wanted to show she can be goofy on lip syncs)
Then this 3rd, she gave us EMOTION, HEARTFELT and the moment with Hannah was wholesome.

I knew marina wouldnt go for the strategic route. I think i would since were getting close to the top 4. But then i think back to what happened to pangina. She got rid of a top contendor (jimbo) who honestly did bad during that one challenge but had a good track record so to me it looked strategic ...and she ended up being eliminated at the end for being a strong competitor. I was so nervous if Marina was gonna send scarlet home bc girl we have one more week till the finale. She is a funny queen but the issue is it doesn’t really translate as much to westerners like western humor isn’t really funny to us Pinoys (for the most part). A little bit of success has really gone to Tia's head. Lets be real, her whole thing is forced, from the aesthetic to performance. Shes not a natural and it shows, especially in dance, there's no groove or flow, its stiff and awkward and that becomes even more apparent when performing with Marina.
I thought Tia had good grounding and was aware of the reality of her limitations, but damn! Shes happy to delude herself.
